To participate in the Mancos Senior Center lunches, phone Clara at 533-7721 by 7:30 a.m. the day of the lunch to reserve a place, order a take-out meal or request a home-delivered meal. Be sure to leave a message if you get the answering machine. Bingo is held every Wednesday from 10 to 11:15 a.m.

Hot meals are served every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All ages are welcome.

Wednesday, Oct. 3 — Meat loaf and gravy, mashed potatoes, peas and carots, tossed salad, jello fruit salad, whole wheat roll.

Friday, Oct. 5 — Braised beef over noodles, glazed carrots, tossed salad, saucy fruit salad, bran muffin.

Monday, Oct. 8 — Holiday — closed

Wednesday, Oct. 10 — Italian sausage with marinara sauce spaghetti, baked acorn squash, tossed salad, pears.
