$PHOTOCREDIT_ON$Della Gray with the Cortez Workforce Center gave awards to Joy Frazier and the City of Cortez Friday. The awards were given to the city for its efforts in hiring youth. Frazier was killed in an accident earlier this year and was considered outstanding in the eyes of the Cortez Workforce Center for learning a career in nursing and finding employment through the help of the Center. Accepting the award for her were her mother, Tracy Archuleta, and son, Jason. Accepting for the city was Gay Hall. $PHOTOCREDIT_OFF$
