The 8-man Western League coaches announced their 2012 All-Conference football teams. Dove Creek quarterback Dalton Randolph was named the offensive player of the year in the Western League after leading the Bulldogs to the quarterfinals of the state playoffs. A total of six Dove Creek players and one Mancos player were named to the defensive team. On the offensive side of the ball, six Bulldogs and two Mancos players were named.
