Peter Robinson leads one of the Owner's Project Requirements (OPR) meetings Tuesday at the Montezuma-Cortez High School. The OPR meetings are to gather information on what the community would like to see included in the new high school. The $42 million bond issue passed by voters will be enough to build a 162,000 square foot high school at $250 per square foot. The new building will be about 22,000 square feet larger than the current high school. There will be several more meetings to help decide what the community wants for the new school building. The location for the new high school is south of Walmart.
