David Allen Arthur Jowell
A celebration of life will be held for Cortez resident David Allen Arthur Jowell at 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 16 at Ertel Memorial Chapel.
Visitation has been scheduled for Saturday from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Ertel Memorial Chapel.
David Allen was born May 26, 1959 in Rifle, Colo. the son of Arthur J. and Connie Lee (Scott) Jowell. He passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2013 in Cortez at the age of 53.
