2 men injured in motorcycle-pickup collision

A Harley-Davidson came to rest in the middle of the road Thursday afternoon after colliding with a Ford pickup near County Road 225A and U.S. Highway 160 east of Elmore’s Corner. Both the driver of the motorcycle, a 70-year-old man from Missouri, and the driver of the pickup, an 80-year-old man from Durango, were taken to Mercy Regional Medical Center with serious injuries, said Trooper Uriah Talbot with the Colorado State Patrol.
