Apparently, Durango has developed a new tradition: appropriate adornment of the new cyclist sculptures in the roundabout at Florida Road and Riverview Drive. The cyclists now have been adorned with bikinis in August, Santa hats for Christmas and Tuesday morning, they were ready to ring in 2013.
