Beer Fest will benefit land conservancy
Montezuma Land Conservancy will celebrate 12 years of local land conservation and the protection of more than 17,767 acres of land at its Annual Harvest Beer Festival - on Sept. 11 from 5 to 10 p.m., at Parque de Vida in Cortez.

SAN JOSE, Calif. - A group representing Ansel Adams sued a California man for selling prints and posters under the name of the famed nature photographer, the latest salvo in a dispute over glass negatives bought at a garage sale and purported to be Adams' lost work.

Juried art quilt show comes to Mesa Verde
The Grand Junction-based Art Quilt Association (AQuA) is now exhibiting "Canyon Voices II" in the Chapin Mesa Archeological Museum Gallery of Mesa Verde National Park. This juried art quilt exhibit is presented in partnership with the nonprofit Mesa Verde Museum Association and the National Park Service.
