You are hereby summoned and required to appear and defend against the claims of the complaint filed with the court in this action, by filing with the clerk of this court an answer or other response. You are required to file your answer or other response within 35 days after the service of this summons upon you. Service of this summons shall be complete on the day of the last publication. A copy of the complaint may be obtained from the clerk of the court.
If you fail to file your answer or other response to the complaint in writing within 35 days after the date of the last publication, judgment by default may be rendered against you by the court for the relief demanded in the complaint without further notice.

In accordance with the notice provisions contained in 38 26 107 C.R.S. 1973 as amended, the DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, STATE OF COLORADO has established June 14, 2013 as the date of final settlement date with Lawson Construction Company for Project #NH 1601-062, Project ID #18290, in Montezuma County. Work consists of US 160 asphalt mat removal.
Claims containing a verified statement of the amounts due and unpaid must be in the form of a written affidavit and must be received by the CONTROLLER, Department of Transportation at 4201 E. Arkansas Avenue, Denver, Colorado, 80222, on or before 5:00 p.m. of the final settlement date above.
Effective July 1, 2013, Colorado Department of Transportation will no longer advertise Notice of Final Settlements in newspapers and will only post Notice of Final Settlement advertisements on CDOT's website (http://www.coloradodot.info/business).

Separate sealed bids to provide environmental consulting services for asbestos remediation of three EPA Brownfields abandoned housing sites located in La Plata County will be received by the Southern Ute Indian Tribe at the Environmental Programs Division located in the J&R Administration Building at 151 County Road 517 in Ignacio, CO 81137 until June 25, 2013. Bids received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
A pre-submittal meeting is scheduled for June 5, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in the J&R Administration Building. A site visit follow the meeting.
The Request for Proposals may be picked up at the Environmental Programs Division Building during the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday or you may contact Bob Kilian at (970) 563-0135 x2248; or bkilian@southernute-nsn.gov.
The Southern Ute Indian Tribe's TERO code has established a preference for contracting and subcontracting to certified Indian owned businesses. A bid preference will be given to any qualified Native American owned company. To receive this preference, Native American owned businesses must be certified by the Southern Ute Indian Tribe's TERO. Any Native American owned business not certified by the due date will not be given a preference. For information on certification, contact the TERO office at (970) 563-0117.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Pavement Repair - Airport Taxiway Alpha
Separate sealed bids for Partial-Depth Repair of Bituminous Pavements at the Durango La Plata County Airport (Taxiway Alpha), will received by the City of Durango until 3:00 p.m. (Local Time) on June 20, 2013. The project includes approximately 600 square feet of Taxiway Alpha at the Durango La Plata County Airport. Actual square footage may vary, based on milling results.
Bids must be delivered to the office of the Purchasing Agent, 949 E 2nd Avenue, Durango CO 81301, prior to deadline. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to see that the bid is received before the submission deadline. Note that overnight delivery to Durango may not be guaranteed by delivery service providers. The respondent shall bear all risks associated with delays in the U.S. mail or delivery service. Late bids will not be considered.
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Durango La Plata County Airport (meet in terminal), 1000 Airport Road, Durango Colorado, to familiarize bidders with the project. Late arrival or failure to attend the pre-bid meeting will result in disqualification.

DECISION MEMO
Piedra Road Reroute Project
San Juan National Forest, Pagosa Ranger District
As the Deciding Official, District Ranger Kevin Khung signed a Decision Memo on May 16, 2013 approving the rerouting of approximately 0.5 miles of the Piedra Road between mile markers 13.9 and 14.4 to a lower gradient area to the east that is less susceptible to sliding than the current alignment.

Decision Not Subject to Appeal
