Data Analyst Reports Specialist - Provides and develops reports/data as requested. Min 5 yrs experience in an IT Professional position; experience with query tools/languages; MS SQL2008, Database Design, MS Access, Crystal Reports and ETL's.
Medical Office Coder/Billing Representative - Responsible for reviewing clinical documentation to apply ICD-9 and CPT coding for primary care, psychiatric, and outpatient behavioral health visits; claims submission and insurance follow-up. Certification as a RHIT, CCS, or CPC, or other AHIMA or AAPC certification is required with 1 year + coding experience. Must demonstrate ability to perform well in a team environment; experience with EMR systems in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment.

Behavioral Health Professional - Must have working knowledge of behavioral interventions and evidenced based treatment appropriate for patients in an outpatient integrated health clinic. Candidate must be comfortable working in fast paced medical clinic environment and on interdisciplinary health team. Position requires Psychologist or LCSW licensure.
Clinical Team Lead - This position is responsible for supporting the development of integrated care, supervising assigned clinical staff and providing direct patient care. Licensed or license eligible in the State of Colorado as PhD, or LCSW. Five (5) years of post graduate clinical experience in a healthcare setting. The experience must include at least two (2) years of administrative and/or supervisory experience.
Family/Pediatric Nurse Practitioner - To work in the school-based clinic at Southwest Open School. This is a 24-32 hour position with an emphasis on comprehensive, integrated preventative healthcare and health education. Electronic health record and grant experience preferred. Current CO Nurse Practitioner license with prescriptive authority is required.
Integrated Wellness Advocate - Part time 12 hours per week total, 6 hours per week-Cortez Integrated Healthcare Clinic and 6 hours per week-Cortez KIVA Empowerment Center. Teaches both physical and behavioral health wellness strategies and empower individuals and families to establish, track, and achieve wellness goals. Requires knowledge of physical and behavioral health issues and recovery.
Medical Assistant - B.A. degree or a HS diploma or equivalent plus minimum two (2) years experience in a medical setting. BLS certification required within 90 day orientation period. RN, LPN or Certified Medical Assistant preferred.

Seeking an Editor for one community bi-weekly and two community weeklies in Southwest Colorado. This is a leadership position at both the newspaper and in the community. Successful candidate will lead a small news staff to publish a quality, twice-weekly newspaper and two weeklies. The Editor will be the face of the newspaper in the community and expected to speak on behalf of the company at community events.
Strong writing, editing and leadership skills required. Must have superior work ethic along with excellent time management skills. This position will plan each issue of the newspaper and work with the design team to produce a newspaper that speaks to the community and its people. The Editor will know good stories and coach the staff to make them happen. He or she will help to develop the staff and maintain and improve a team environment. The Editor will write news stories as needed, will direct the news staff and edit content, will oversee and participate in the development of content for newspaper websites. The City of Cortez is accepting applications for a Water Treatment Plant Superintendent in the Public Works Department. Some responsibilities are: supervision of the water treatment plant operations; sets general operation policies for the plant to meet State and Federal regulations; evaluates plant operation and future demands put on by regulatory actions to plan for needed improvements; examines plant infrastructure to plan for major maintenance and upgrades; operates plant in the absence of the regular operators; continues to increase knowledge of the plant operation for the media and membrane units; oversee maintenance of plant to insure equipment and fixtures remain in good condition; arranges major repairs to plant equipment by outside contractors with needed; supervises the daily activities of plant to ensure water sampling is done, grounds maintenance is kept up, equipment is maintained, chemicals and supplies are ordered, reports are completed; assists with all water system issues for project design, system planning, water quality issues and meeting regulatory requirements; assists the Director in monitoring and preparing budget for plant. Qualifications are extensive knowledge in testing water quality; extensive knowledge in the use of chemicals; ability to diagnose facility problems and generate solutions; must have a State of Colorado Water Treatment Class A Certification and get a Water Distribution Class 2 Certification within 2 years; high school graduate is required, supplemented by five years related experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
